I was today in my children's bedrooms, as usual to clean up a little beat. Decided to sit a little under the bunk beds.
In Camila's "cave" I took notice of her precious possessions: her makeup bags, nail polish, some cheap jewelry, snap shots of her friends, coloring books and pencils, hair accesories, some little toys and story books.
Sebastian's is full of books, his "39 clues" cards, action figures, lego toys, some videogames chips. But with no doubt, the center figure is his laptop computer, where he sits with his friends to play, chat, make videos or listen to music.
Sitting there, surrounded by their interests, maybe could I relate a little more with them. See the world from their little sizes. Sometimes is not possible to do that, not easy.
After bringing some order into their bedrooms, satisfied, I can only think about the few minutes they take bringing the chaos in again. Lovely chaos where the their day by day swirl happens.
